Another PR alum gets her wares on the red carpet.
Selena Gomez changed out of her sweet but boring dress at the PCAs for this sweet but slightly spicy dress by Project Runway Season 6 winner Irina Shabayeva.
We're not at all crazy about fishtail hems and it's strangely puffy around her hips, but it's a decent dress and nice change for her. Congrats to Irina.
